Losing weight and building muscle tips
So many people say that you cannot lose a bunch of weight overnight and look different. Well, I well tell you that in just one day there isn’t a lot you can change but with a good week or two weeks you can make considerable changes in your appearance. Depending on what you want to change you are going to need different plans to accomplish whatever feat you want.
Thus being said building muscle mass is going to take a different fitness training routine than trying to lose twenty pounds. If you are a weight loss category than the first thing you need to do is figure out how much weight you need to lose. You could figure that out on the internet by using your body type and height but the best way is to consult your doctor and see how much he or she thinks you should lose.
And once you have a goal of how much you plan on losing than it makes things a little easier. You should also make a realistic deadline. In two weeks time you could lose twenty pounds and that is about the max that I would try to lose. And every week after that you will start to lose weight a little slower. You could lose an average of five pounds per week with the right diet plan and exercise. It also depends on your body type and how much you can lose.
If you are wanting to build muscle than you will want to increase your protein intake and workout about every other day on the specified muscles that you are wanting to grow. You could workout every day on different muscles if you have a wide range of muscles that you are trying to build. Lets say that you are wanting to build your shoulders and biceps which are both main muscle groups that most people try to build. You could workout on a chin up bar one day building your shoulders and then the next day just do curls and other exercises building your biceps. That way you can still workout everyday and keep yourself in good shape.
